Investigating

We are currently observing intermittent performance issues affecting the Sign API and QTSA components. Some integrations on signature.signicat.com endpoints may experience delayed responses or timeouts.

Our incident response team has been engaged and is actively investigating the root cause. Services have been stabilized in the short term, but we are continuing to monitor and implement measures to ensure normal operations are fully restored.
